"I say this not in defense but in support of the industry I create in, where special moments are the extraction of the time, space, and light. Every capture, every memory developed through a lens is unique, and like a snowflake, can never be recreated for that day's light, its people, its photographer, will never be the same. We harness the light that exists in only the briefest moments of time, in a space that's only constant is change." - Natalie Fox

Black x White

Black and white photos have always been a staple of any photographers portfolio. It was the traditional format for film photography at the beginning of the art. Having experience developing film, I want to highlight what to notice about these specific B&W images.

Aspect 1: The range of shades shot expand to the whitest whites, and the blackest blacks, not traditional with greyscale photos.

Aspect 2: The grey shades in-between subtly grading between these extremes.
